  • Q. Can I get a licence agreement for each track I use?

We understand that there are circumstances where having a physical copy of a licence agreement is useful. We don’t currently offer an automated service providing these, but if one is required urgently, please contact us.

  • Q. Why do I have to credit the artist & track?

Our working relationships with our artists is crucial at NCS, and the reason we’re able to offer our music for free is because of the exposure that comes from working with us.

By properly promoting our artists we ensure there is a fair generation of revenue for their work, and by crediting them in videos correctly, it means that people can stream the music on their preferred services.

Since 2011, this model has provided our artists with over 500 billion plays, and we’re proud to be able to offer a free service to creators with real music people actually want to listen to.

  • Q. Is NCS really free to use?

Yes, for creators our music will always be free, allowing use of the best music without fear of copyright strikes or losing monetisation. Our artists are paid fairly through streaming revenues that come from the exposure generated by creators using their music and crediting them.

  • Q. Can I submit a demo?

Of course, we love receiving music. Please see our submission form for more information and to send your music in.

  • Q. How do I credit an artist/track?

You can find the correct credit information in several places.

On the NCS website, when you select ‘download’ a track, you will be shown the information required to credit, as well as the opportunity to directly copy and paste.

You can also find the correct credit information for each respective track, in the description of each YouTube video on the official NCS YouTube channel.
